Welcome! I’m Talya, owner of Semi-Sweet Bake Shop. When I went gluten free 13 years ago (and later, paleo) due to health issues, I didn’t find many options available on the shelves. Or, if I did, I found they were not that tasty and far too sweet. So, I started baking myself, experimenting and testing my own gluten-free and paleo recipes, until I found ones that hit the mark. Many of the things I bake are more natural and less sweet, but without compromising taste. My passion for creating yummy treats has spilled over into a baking business. My desire is for others like me to have access to healthier options that are not only scrumptious, but beautiful too. I truly cannot wait to create something delicious for you!
